The antihail net is the most important element of the protection system, therefore it must be made using high quality materials and realised with the best technique in order to obtain a very light but resistant and durable sheet. Therefore, the quality of the wire and of the raw materials used are very important, as well as weaving technique: The quality of the wire and raw materials. The wire used by Valente for weaving the antihail nets has only a 0.31mm diameter: this diameter guarantees a resistance of at least 3 kg per wire. Valente antihail net is made using monofilament with a special technique called frame weaving; the weave obtained with this type of processing is 2.8 x 8mm rectangular shape and can not be deformed, that is to say that the size is not altered when the net is subjected to the weight of hail stones.

The pile-covering hoods are inserted with pressure on the top of the upper edge of the pole, to which they perfectly adhere to without sliding off, as the section of the hole is slightly smaller than the pole. As an extra precaution, a screw with an eyelet has been placed in order to definitely fix the hood. The pile-covering hoods are needed for fixing the longitudinal and transversal wires and cables. They are also necessary for protecting the net or plastic film from possible damage caused by the rough surface of the poles.

Per la giunzione dei teli antipioggia, i laboratori Valente hanno studiato la nuova placchetta TEKNICA. La placchetta viene applicata sul bordo del telo con 2 viti. Il fissaggio della placchetta alla struttura può avvenire attraverso i moschettoni o l’elastico. Nel primo caso i moschettoni vengono agganciati sia all’anello appositamente predisposto nella placchetta, che ai fili della struttura. Nel secondo caso, invece, l’elastico viene fatto passare negli occhielli presenti sul bordo del telo plastico e fissato al gancio presente nella placchetta.
