THE NEW TEKNO POLE

The new steel TEKNO pole stems from Valente research and has a high performance in terms of mechanical resistance and durability. Being the recommended intermediate pole for vineyards with a wire structure, the TEKNO Valente pole is ideal for mechanical processing, thanks to the great flexibility and elasticity of the steel. It is coated in teknocover, the revolutionary double cover in aluminium-nickel-copper-zinc and polymer. The TEKNO pole is rsistant to corrosion that is 3 to 7 times greater than traditional hot galvanized shee metal, as demonstrated by the salty spray fog test. The ecological red protection varnish is completely destinated with notches of 70 cm, 80 cm and 90 cm to simply the reinforcing ribs allows decisively greater mechanical resistance performance. The round shape, with rows of hooks placed inside the profile, means there are no sharp edges that could damage mechanical bodies of operating machines. The open profile down one side allows greater stability in the ground. These are the characteristics which makes the new steel pole Valente the leader in this field.

MECHANICAL GRAPE-HARVESTING

Together with winter and summer pruning, grape-harvesting affects production costs enormously, up to taking up 90% of the total time required to manage the vineyard. However, mechanical grape harvesting is not widespread in Italy because of problems of structure like the limited average size of the vine-growing company, the rarely flat grounds but above all because of how widespread forms of growing unsuitable to mechanization are.Valente installations, such as back or GDC installations, allow mechanizing cultivation operation, with the relative advantages deriving from it. It must also be remembered that with mechanization it is also possible to select the product to be picked: by calibrating the shaking arms properly, green grapes and grapes affected by parasitary attacks can be left and not pulled off.

THE NEW EKO POLE

The new steel EKO pole, which respects the environment, stems from Valente research, which is ideal for systems in protected or naturalistic zones, where the environmental impact is of primary importance. Being the recommended intermediate pole for producing vineyards with a wire structure, the EKO Valente pole is ideal for mechanical processing, thanks to the great flexibility and elasticity of the steel. The EKO pole is made using profiling, pressing and successive powdered painting, starting from DX51D structural steel tapes with a high yield level, just like those used for cars. "UNIKO" FIXING TO PILE SYSTEM

From a Valente research a new fixing system is born which eliminates all the problems that generally meets the usage of common brackets. In the orchards, to create the structure like the straight or curved Pergola, the GDC, the V and Y Systems, it is necessary to have a fixing system.The supporting brackets have the task of supporting significant weights (productions from 30 tons to 50-60 tons) and as well as being very robust, they must be equipped with a safe, stable and strong fixing system. The new “UNIKO” universal fixing system, patented Valente, consists of: a fastening that adapts to any shaped or sized pole and “FLEXI” locking device which can be used for all the pole sections of various materials.
